How do I book at Terra77?

What is the location of Terra77?
Terra77 is located in the charming Scherpenheuvel area, a rural, hilly setting yet very centrally located. The popular beaches of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach, as well as the heart of Willemstad, are just a 10-minute drive away.
Is there parking at Terra77?
Yes, you can park your car next to the house on your private, enclosed property. Upon arrival, you will receive a zapper to operate the electric gate.
What are Terra77's check-in and check-out times?
Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. For flexible check-in and check-out options, please contact us. We're happy to discuss your needs.
Does Terra77 offer a cleaning service?
Yes, depending on the length of your stay, an interim cleaning and linen change will be scheduled. This service is included.
Does Terra77 also offer a grocery delivery service?
Yes, that's how your stay starts worry-free! Don't want to go to the supermarket right away? Give us your grocery list, and we'll make sure it's ready in the refrigerator upon arrival. We'll settle the receipt with you, plus a €20 service fee.
Is smoking allowed at Terra77?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This also applies to e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted outdoors.
Are parties and events allowed?
Organizing parties and events is not permitted, in order to respect and maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood. We also kindly ask that you notify us of any visitors in advance.
Are pets allowed at Terra77?
Although we love animals, this property is unfortunately pet-free.
Is there an additional charge for electricity consumption?
Water and electricity are relatively expensive in Curaçao. Waste can easily be prevented by being mindful of consumption, such as turning off the air conditioning when away. The rental price for the property includes 20 kWh/day. This is more than sufficient for normal consumption. Meter readings are taken at the beginning of your stay and accurately recorded via the property's own meter. If consumption deviates, a surcharge of €0.45 per kWh will be charged.
What is Terra77's payment policy?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Does Terra77 ask for a deposit?
Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay a €250 deposit. This can be paid by debit card or cash. The deposit will be settled with you immediately upon departure.
What is Terra77's cancellation policy?
Bookings canceled 28 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled between 28 and 14 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival will receive a 0% refund. No-shows and early checkouts will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
Does Terra77 have security cameras?
Yes, the property is equipped with an external security camera. The camera is not aimed at private areas, ensuring your privacy is fully protected during your stay. There's also a WhatsApp neighborhood group where people can report any unusual situations, contributing to a safe and secure environment.
How do I receive the Terra77 keys?
We'll do our utmost to welcome you personally, but if we're not there, we'll ensure you receive check-in instructions in a timely manner so you can enter the property without any worries.
Is it advisable to rent a car when staying at Terra77?
We recommend renting a car during your stay at Terra77. We can refer you to a reliable car rental company if needed. Thanks to Terra77's central location, supermarkets, gas stations, ATMs, pharmacies, excellent bakeries, restaurants, beaches, and the city center are all easily accessible, usually within ten minutes.
